Katarzyna – Why We’re Awesome

I’m a Polish citizen but, over the last few years, I have lived in the UK, Iceland, and Brussels. I am a soon-to-be graduate of French and International Relations at the University of Aberdeen. In my free time, I spend a lot of time writing. My articles on the topics of migration and security issues – something I am truly passionate about, have been featured in numerous online publications.

One of my proudest moments was when my piece on the situation of children in Somalia got published by Today News Africa, a website that has a following of over 82 thousand people on Facebook. Another thing that I consider as my big achievement is the fact that I have recently completed a project working as a Volunteer Translator for the United Nations. For a few months, I would translate articles from English to French for the UN’s Regional Office for West and Central Africa.

Working for Niccolo has been great because it gives me the chance to use my writing skills to contribute to helping the company grow. Niccolo has a team of truly lovely people so each working day is enjoyable and interesting. Each of us is different, which makes Niccolo’s team one of a kind.
